RFP No.2011-1417

Contract for a Design / Build Team for the Multi-Purpose Government Complex

The City of East Point is soliciting sealed proposals from experienced developers / development teams willing to engage in a public private partnership in accordance with the principles and procedures outlined in the request for proposals. This RFP process is intended to provide an opportunity for interested property owners and / or developers to demonstrate their interest and capability to develop a Multi- Purpose Government Complex for the City. Prospective developers / teams will submit proposals regarding their development expertise and presentations of a development concept that will enable the city to select the best valued developer / development team to facilitate a Design build development of the Multi- Purpose Government Complex.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference shall be conducted at 10:00am. on Thursday, May 12th 2011 in suite 400 at 1526 East Forrest Avenue, East Point Georgia 30344. Participates are expected to arrive on time as those who are late shall be barred from attending. Providers who do not attend or are barred from the Pre-Proposal conference shall be prohibited from participating in this solicitation.

Specifics regarding the proposal are detailed in the formal solicitation package. Individuals / firms wishing to participate may download a copy of the official solicitation documents from the City's web site. The City's web site is located at http://www.eastpointcity.org. Solicitation documents cannot be obtained in person from the City nor by mail, email, fax or courier service. Sealed proposal responses shall be received on behalf of the City until 4:00pm. on Thursday June 30th, 2011, at the address provide above.
